CO 2 fractional laser

A couple of years ago, beautiful skin was achieved by burning down the two layers of the skin with CO2 laser. Results were amazing but one had to stay indoors for 3 months with a lot of pain and dressing.

Co2 fractional laser does the same thing with minimum downtime (just a week)! This laser burns down the skin but in bits and pieces which leaves the rest of the skin intact. Normal skin helps in faster recovery and reduces the risk of side effects such as temporary dark spots after the treatment.

What are the dos and donts after this treatment?

A good sunscreen routine is mandatory before doing any procedure, whether it derma facials, lasers or chemical peels. A mild anti inflammatory cream may be recommended for a week. Unnecessary exposure to sun should be avoided

Sunscreen and moisturisers are mandatory. Avoid night cream for 1 week.
